    ABOUT ME

    Having fallen in love with yoga, I decided to study Hatha Yoga at an ashram in the mountains of Nasik, India.  With a burning desire to deepen my practice, I then traveled to South Africa and engaged in Vipassana Meditation.
    After returning to the U.S, humbled and passionately in love with yoga, I furthered my practice by obtaining a Vinyasa Certification from the renowned Yoga To The People (YTTP) in New York City. A year of teaching at their various studios around the United States and also teaching yoga in the corporate world lead to the decision of advancing my skills and obtaining a Hot Yoga Certification.
    These experiences have allowed me to share the love that I have for the practice and lifestyle of yoga. Now with over 600 hours of training, the journey continues as I explore new opportunities to better my practice both as a student and instructor of yoga.

    Group practice creates a dynamic force that emphasizes - yoga is for everyBODY.  The focus is on the breath, as you are guided through a series of yoga poses that challenges both the body and the mind.  You go at your own pace and are encouraged to explore new edges and meet yourself where you are in that moment.
